Vibrio Control Probiotics

In the world of shrimp aquaculture, Vibriosis has been a major problem and capable of crippling shrimp culture ponds with consequent huge economic loses.

Unlike viruses, bacterial diseases of shrimp are mostly caused by various species of vibrio like vibrio cholera, vibrio alginolyticus, vibrio harveyi etc. These pathogens have led to the collapse of many farms due to its severe effect on hatcheries and culture ponds. Vibrio Epidemics causes mortality over 90%. Hence control of these vibrios is of utmost important, Marinova vibrio control probiotics giving promising results in protecting aquatic animals from vibriosis based on principle of competitive exclusion and immune stimulation for improving defense mechanism against pathogenic vibrio bacteria. It reduces the vibrio loads significantly and it also improves FCR and immunity of shrimp/fish.

These species of vibrio are normal microflora of picses, these becomes opportunistic pathogens when immunity decreases due to various stress conditions.

Composition: Bacillus laterosporus, Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus clausii, Bacillus pumilus, Thiobacillus denitrificans, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus polymyxa.

During pond preparation: 1kg/Acre
During culture: 500gm/Acre/week
During infection: 1kg/Acre on alternative days for 3 days.
